Warranty & Repair
If any Clutchactive garments fails due to a manufacturing or material defect, Clutchactive will repair or replace the garment for the original owner, up to SIX MONTHS from the original purchase date. CLUTCHACTIVE Warranty and Repair Service does not include:
- Product failures resulting from normal wear and tear
- Material piling due to contact with a rough surface, saddle bag, or race belt
- Improper care
- The natural breakdown of colors and materials over time
- Skin chafing
- Accidents or crashing
- Damages incurred from non-cycling activities
- Poor washing and drying care
This includes damage from saddles with embroidery, saddlebag and glove Velcro, jersey zippers wearing on shorts, over stuffing pockets, etc. Skin chafing is not due to a defect. If you are prone to chafing, we suggest using the proper skin care products to protect you while riding .
To Initiate a Warranty Request
Please reach out to our Customer Service help desk at orders@clutchactive.com with the following information included in your email.
- Original order number.
- Description of damage and how it occurred.
- Pictures of the affected areas.
We request the garments returned for warranty or replacement be washed, cleaned and completely dry.
CLUTCHACTIVE will not handle any garments that do not meet these standards requirements.
Damp, Dirty or wet items will be discarded due to health concerns for our team.
Note: CLUTCHACTIVE will award warranties base on the garments meeting the conditions for warranty.
Mishandle and misuse will result and voiding the warranty.
