How Do I Qualify for Free Shipping?
Free ground shipping applies to all orders $60 or more within the contiguous United States. This offer is based on the merchandise subtotal before any promo discounts, taxes or additional charges. CLUTCH ACTIVE has the right to change this offer at any time. Shipments exceeding weight limits of either 5lbs or 640 cubic dimensions may be sent via FedEx Ground. We reserve the right to change shipping carriers on orders with free shipping.Please note custom team orders do not qualify for free shipping.
Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship to both PO boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Such orders will be shipped via USPS and cannot be expedited. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
How long will it be before I receive my order?
With standard shipping, you should receive your order within 2-5 business days. We are located in Miami FL, and ship via USPS for orders of $60 or more meeting the weight and dimensions restrictions mentioned in our shipping guidelines; unless otherwise selected. Please allow additional time for APO/FPO addresses and international orders.
Do I need to pay duties, VAT or taxes?
The person receiving a shipment is obliged to pay any associated Duty and VAT. Your local government may contact you for payment prior to receiving the gear. Local duties, VAT or taxes are not paid at checkout. Please be sure to include the proper phone number and email address during checkout to ensure your local government can get hold of you for any further processing once the shipment arrives in your country.
How long will it take my package to arrive?
Depending on location you will be presented with two shipping options to select from:
– FedEx International Economy which takes 4 business days
– FedEx International Priority which takes 2 business days
– FedEx International Economy which takes 4 business days
– FedEx International Priority which takes 2 business days
Please note delivery may take longer if your package is held at customs.

Can I expedite my shipping?
Orders shipping free of charge are sent via USPS and cannot be upgraded to express unless otherwise selected and paid for at checkout. clutchactive offers Expedited shipping through FedEx. Orders with express shipping must be placed by 1:00pm EST in order to be shipped out same day. Orders placed after 1:00pm EST will be shipped out the next business day. This option is nonrefundable if placed after 1:00pm EST
What is the status of my order?
Once placed, orders are processed in 1-2 business days and shipped promptly after. You will receive email updates with tracking information once your order has shipped.

If you checked out as a guest, you will be sent automatic email updates when your order ships. The item I want isn’t available. When will it come back in stock?
The best way to get notified when the item you are looking for is replenished is to sign up for back in stock notifications on the product page. When the item becomes available, you will get an automated email letting you know. Some items will always be replenished and some items are seasonal, which means they are only available for a limited time.
How much does international shipping cost?
International orders over $170 qualify for free FedEx Economy shipping in the following regions: Canada, Mexico.
Please note that in addition to any shipping charges you will be responsible for Customs/Duty fees associated with receiving your package. These costs are set by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the package recipient to pay. You will be contacted by your local government with these fees once it has arrived in their offices. If you have any questions regarding shipping charges or post purchase duties and taxes, please contact our customer support.
Signature may be required
Note that orders with a total value over $800 the customer will be required to sign for the package via FedEx. Many other orders will also be required to sign for the package, this varies by final destination.
